Local Roofing Knowledge — Mosborough
Mosborough has an older village core with some period properties carrying slate, plus extensive modern estate housing (1970s-2000s) across Crystal Peaks and Halfway. The modern housing tends to have machine-made plain tile, clay pantile or concrete interlocking — we handle all of them. Standard 15-30 year old roofs in good nick generally; the ones we re-roof tend to be due to specific faults (failed underlay, poor original workmanship) rather than age.
