Local Roofing Knowledge — High Bradfield
High Bradfield is a conservation area of old stone-built cottages, the village church, and a scattering of larger properties. Almost all roofing here is traditional stone slate or Welsh slate, and conservation considerations apply to almost every piece of work. We use reclaimed stone slate where available, lime mortar bedding, and code-5-plus lead for any flashings.

Extreme exposure. High Bradfield sits at over 250m above sea level with the full force of Atlantic weather coming in unbroken. Every roof here needs heavy-duty spec throughout.
