Local Roofing Knowledge — Ecclesfield
Ecclesfield is mostly post-war semi-detached and detached housing with concrete tile roofs from the 1950s-70s. A lot of these are now due full re-roofing, and we've done many of them. Chapeltown has a few older stone cottages around the railway, and High Green has some genuinely older farm properties on its edges. The modern estate housing at Grenoside and Thorpe Hesley is usually plain tile or machine-made plain tile.

Moderate exposure — some wind, not as extreme as Fulwood or Stocksbridge. Standard specifications usually fine.
